glowsticks and exercise

If you know me at all, then you know that I have an unhealthy obsession and love for glow sticks. I mean, I just think they are so cool and so fun. There is nothing better that wearing all white, decking yourself out in glow sticks and dancing the night away. Well I recently became aware of a new fad catching on across America, and let's just say, it is RIGHT up my alley....

Rave Yoga.

I can't get enough of watching the videos of YouTube. It combines so many things I love.... flash mobs, exercise, raves, glow sticks, dancing and FUN! Unfortunately, I will be at work all day when YogaRave is in Atlanta. However, if any of you are around and it's in your city I would love to hear all about it!
